Happy 4th of July =D (7/4/16)

Dear All,

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!! In the south people are beyond patriotic, fireworks started on Saturday night and we have listened to them since. I love America. And I am so grateful for all of my loved ones who have served our country with honor and devotion. Thank you all!!

This week has been really nice. :) We have seen some amazing Miracles this week! And I love being a mission of miracles, it is so encouraging and very humbling to see the Lords hand and His love everyday and so very clearly. And I know it's in y'alls life too. Open your eyes and see it!!
We are still working with our amazing family!!! I love them all to pieces. This past week Becky and Thomas got a blessing to help them quite smoking. I believe I told y'all in the last email that we moved their baptism date back to July 16th.  Jasin has been helping them remember to have family prayer, a chocolate bar can be great motivation for a 10 yr old. ;) And he's been praying that they can quite. He is so amazing!! He didn't want their baptism date moved back at all, he even asked if he could be baptized anyway. <3 I love him, and we were talking the other day about the priesthood and he can't wait to have it so he can pass the sacrament. He has such a sweet and adorable testimony. He is also a stud, every Sunday he comes in his suit usually with a bow-tie. This Sunday only Becky, Breanna and Jasin came to church, Thomas was home sick with a migraine. We don't know but secretly we are hoping that's because he has quite smoking. We may be seeing them tonight so we'll ask. (Cross your fingers that was the reason!!)

Another awesome Miracle from this week is Stephanie. We met her tracting, she actually wasn't feeling so well so we only visited briefly. We left her with a restoration pamphlet and our phone number, she said she would call. Monday last she made contact and set an appointment for us to come for lunch and to teach her on Friday. It was amazing! She is so elect. She wanted a Book of Mormon and asked about temples. We taught her and her husband who got home early from work. Both actively participated. It was awesome! We are going to meet with them again sometime this week. And lunch was delicious, she made stuffed shells. YUM!

We had two really awesome LA miracles this week. One was Austin. He's a LA and he was so receptive to us coming over. It reminded him of his missionary work. He committed to read the Book of Mormon for 10 min every day and invited himself back to church this coming Sunday. I know the Lord led us to him at the right time so he would be prepared and ready.

Our other miracle was with Sister Leverette. She is trying to get temple ready and we hadn't been in contact for almost 5 weeks. Just never catching her and an incorrect phone number. We finally saw her on Saturday. She has such a sincere desire to come to church. But she is facing some family struggles. It was powerful to talk about the temple and to plan ways to help her. It reminded me of the Love the Lord has for us. Sadly she didn't make it to church. :( We'll keep praying and do what we can.

Otherwise this week I met my new Mission President and his wife. They are amazing!!! He's done like 9 Ironman's and she was a back up singer for the Osmonds. SO yeah! It was so great to meet them. They are so full of love and excitement. I love them so much already. After our Zone meet and greet. Some of the Sister went out to eat. We went to Applebee's. Oh did I mention this was all in Georgia?!? So exciting.

We had a nice lunch and it was so fun to be together. I love this work more than I can say. I also love all y'all. I pray for you and I hope you enjoy your holiday.

Friday has become ice cream day. WE always get ice cream in the evening to celebrate another weekly planning done! Yum!
My companion made a friend! She loves cats. *meow*
Then we relax with a facial. Sister Missionaries are human too. ;)
Sometimes short sisters have to change lightbulbs and this is how we do it! O.o we are careful and it's exciting.

This was our lunch adventure in GA Applebee's. From right to left:
Sister Stoddard, Shefeild, Linton, Handy, Tulus, myself, Saxton, and Gagnon. I love them all!!! (Sorry it's a little blurry.. Oh well)

I met some ducks outside the doctors. :) YAY!

Love Sister Bryans
