6 months... Can you believe it?!?

Greetings loved ones,

I am writing this from a Walmart, waiting patiently for my flu shot.
Silly to worry about but I refuse to take any chances getting sick again! That was such a hard part of my mission... So flu shot it is.

This week was full of miracles and realizations!! It was truly outstanding :) Monday we really enjoyed our outing with the Evans, I love them. They are such a sweet couple. That evening sweet Sister Saxton was having a hard time... We talked and she did get a blessing, which I think helped a lot. Didn't get any work done.

Tuesday was good, just a little busy. We were in finding mode! So we biked and talked with everyone! We had set some pretty high goals and were expecting miracles, and boy of oh boy did we see 'em! We had a golden hour prior to going to dinner with our favorites the Donato's and last house we found and taught a nice man named Billy. It was amazing, he invited us back and said he'd read the Book of Mormon. Dinner with the Donato's was excellent. I love them. We had a good lesson and we have a really good relationship. Honestly that is the saving grace of missions.

Wednesday we did service at celestial farms. Just the best place ever!!! And Miracle! One of Sister Criders goats gave birth while we were there. Got a few videos I'll try to send home. So cute! Sister Saxton and I named them: Snickers (m) and M&M (f), very exciting. The Elders were pretty excited too. Then we came home and Sister Saxton took a long nap, and we took dinner too. She was pretty exhausted still. Bless her. Then we went out and knocked doors and tried LAs.

Thursday was district meeting. I gave my training and surprise the Lee's came!! It was very exciting and I am pleased to say I think the training went well. I was pretty nervous. Sister Saxton is training this week. Then we practiced with Sister Lee for the choir. And went to Ward correlation, it was delightful. Poor brother Butler still isn't doing so good. Sounds like we will be getting a new Ward mission leader soon. :\ Then we went to the Ward and I area booked while Sister Saxton tried to practice piano for the upcoming baptism. Then we ate dinner and tried some LA before going to have a lesson with Michael. The lesson went pretty well. We had a good talk, he admitted to have been praying more for a sign and less for answers about baptism. We then shared Elder Bednar's video about revelation and it really touched him. We committed him to come up with a question, and to general conference.

Friday was miracle day!!! During weekly planning we got a phone call from the Evans and Michael is finally ready to be baptized!!!! =D =D yay!!! It was so exciting. He said he'd like to be baptized on Saturday, as in October 1st!!! O.o Wow!!! Then we had an a lesson with a referral, a golden hour and went to service with Jamie and ate dinner with her too. Then we went to a lesson with Paul. He also accepted a baptism date of October 22nd. So exciting. Miracles!!!

Saturday we had 3 lessons and then went to the baptism and then went with Jamie to the broadcast. It was delightful. I loved all the talks. My personal favorite was elder Uchtdorf, no surprise there. ;) But I loved what he said about having the faith and diligence to be a "fourth floor- last door" missionary. That has become a personal goal!

Sunday during gospel principals sister Foreman suggested we do a 90 day Book of Mormon read because if we start today we'll be done by Christmas. =D So that is my invitation to all y'all. At the end I'll add how many chapters you need to read by next Monday. Oh and to make it a little more interesting I am going to be adding an idea to make it more interesting from Preach My Gospel:
"Provide missionaries with a clean paperback copy of the Book of Mormon. Have them highlight in different colors:
–Each reference to Jesus Christ (any of His names or pronouns referring to Him) –His words (spoken by Him or by prophets when they say, “Thus saith the Lord”).
–His attributes.
–The doctrines and principles contained in the Book of Mormon." Just choose one thing to do to get a little more out of your Book of Mormon reading. =D Also Sunday we saw the Hirschman's and had a good lesson. It was a miracle. And they are committed to come to general conference.
Awesome!!

Anyways, many miracles and good things this week. I am so excited for conference and I know that during conference you can receive answers to any question you choose to ask, so pick a question and take it to conference. I testify and promise that you Will receive an answer. I love you all!!

All my love, Sister Bryans
