Dear everybody,
This week was crazy. We said goodbye to Elder Chadwick as
he is now up in Hiroshima for the winter.
His replacement is fresh from the MTC and his name is Elder Kang (pronounced Kong as in King Kong). He is Korean American.
We had two Christmas parties back to back this week. The first one was a white elephant gift exchange and we got some cool stuff.
Elder Kang got a book and I got a cool jacket. The next day was the Japanese party and they decided that they needed a Santa for the kids. So guess who got to be Santa.
Yep! Yours truly! The kids loved it and the adults were super impressed. On Sunday everyone was calling me Santa and telling me I did a way good job! By the end of Sunday night, though, I was super sick. I literally could not move. It was a rough night. Our
investigators are doing well and most of them want to come to church. We
committed one investigator to get baptized at the end of January. Other than
that it's been hard to get in touch.
