Four months on a mission. Two months in Japan. And my
companion goes home two months from now. Where is all my time going! I mean, I
just left the MTC last week, right?
Anyways, how has everyone been doing!? I assume you are
all alive and well and still reading my emails (but you all know what assuming
does to you, right?). So a short update on that fish I caught last p-day, we
talked with lots of people about it and even consulted a dictionary and finally
found out what it's called. On Amami it is called a Hikki, in normal Japanese
it's called a Isuzumi, and in English it's called a Brassy Chub. I ATE A
CHUB!!! Isn't that just a gross name! Eww...
Well, after that we went to a members home to do some
service. We cleaned his entire house and it only took four hours to do it! We
found a bunch of dead cockroaches, several evil looking spiders and a camo
gecko. Fun times! We've been watching the church's Holiday videos a lot this
week so I thought I'd share the one I think is the best (well okay they're all
the best one but I'll share the one I've been studying in Japanese).

Here's the video I promised. Enjoy!

I love you all individually! I love imagining your faces
reading what I wrote and groaning at the lame jokes and silly stories!
Keep being yourselves!

PS When we have food it's great we have stuff like
spaghetti, okonomiyaki, and pancakes. When we don't have food it's top ramen,
curry surprise, and something-I've-never-seen-nor-smelled stroganoff.
Fortunately we tend to have food. Our mission goal is 200 baptisms. Naze just
wants to add one.
