Dear Pilgrims of the Mayflower at Plymouth Rock,
Today is the happy day of food and joy and gratitude before we go and buy lots of cheep Christmas presents. Being in Japan there is none of that out here. So the missionaries are making it up for ourselves.
We had a birthday party last week for sister Rains! It was full of Nato, Gelato, and Tim-Tams, which may or may not be the best cookies on this good earth.
Wednesday felt like a Pday even though it wasn't because we had more fun than usual on that day! And I have no idea why! It was just fun!
On Saturday we were accused of being Jehovahs Witness missionaries by a three year old kid and I just couldn't stop laughing! It was hilarious! I also had Go-Go Curry for the first time since leaving Naze. It was just as good as I remembered it.
Sunday the Sisters had a new investigator at church named Lindon who speaks English! He was so cool and he spoke to a lot of members and had fun so I think he'll be back next week. I'm so excited for them!
On Monday we went to the Museum of the Meiji Restoration and learned about samurai and Kagoshima history. There was actually a lot of cool stuff in there. That night we met a cool new potential Investigator who is super interested in religion.
That is about the size of things. I got to go
Love you all!
Elder Bryans 😎
In an email to Mom he to us what he truly wants for Christmas, "As for wants, I want a baptism but I don't think you can send that here." So we ask that you our friends and family join with us as we pray and fast that Elder Bryans can have his Christmas wish granted.
