OH MY GRINCH-MASS! The days are so long but the weeks are so short!
So not much has changed since I mailed on thanksgiving day. Umm... thanksgiving dinner at the church with all the sisters!
Oh yeah, some excitement this week too! So we had splits with the Zone leaders on Friday night and me and Elder Wilcox went down to Wada to do some missionary work. Well, after walking down and knocking on some doors we saw his police car and Elder Wilcox said,"Maybe there looking for us?" As a joke of course. But we walked out of an apartment and the the next thing we know there are six policemen and two detectives cornering me and Elder Wilcox in the apartment. They talked to us for about thirty minutes about how we "kicked" a lady's door and it scared her because we're "gaijin" or foreigners. Of course we didn't actually do that and after getting our information they lectured us about how it's dark and we shouldn't be out past 8 even though mission rules is until 9. I thought the situation was pointless. Now we elders aren't allowed in that area.
That was my weekend! I hope yours was better than mine!
Love you all!
Elder Bryans
