Dear all of you wonderful people who are reading this
email today, tomorrow or next week,
Hi! I hope your all doing well. For some of
you it's been a long time between updates. I'm sure, though, that the Lord is
upholding and blessing each one of you. First big thing this week is that Elder
Rostrom is going back to Utah this coming Thursday. And all I know about myself
is that I don't feel like I'm going anywhere. So the next email you get will
probably be from Okinawa. Wait update, my new comp is Elder Hall. We had the
same trainer so in missionary circles he is my brother! Fun times!
This week we had a whole lot of running around with my
companion trying to get all of his things ready for going home. We had the
Sapporo temple dedicated this Sunday and it was a way good ceremony.
The temple is truly the house of the Lord. We had a
companion exchange and I had a good time eating gummy sushi and ramen. It was a
weird experience
we also met a cool guy named Mai he was a way nice guy! He invited us in and gave us water and we talked with him for a good hour about life, the restoration of Christ's gospel and the military and it was a way good experience. The weather has only gotten hotter so we're trying not to die of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. But we're still going!
