God is so good!

Greetings loved ones!

God is so good, and he loves us all so much. This week was amazing! I feel so blessed, in so many ways!! We found 3 new investigators this week, how? We talked to, and taught everyone!! And God blessed us abundantly. We also took President Lee's advice, we've been praying so sincerely to find the one everyday and with so much faith that God could and would help us. And then we work, work, work! God does hear and answer our prayers. And I have gained anew a testimony of prayer and faith. Truly miracles have not ceased. :)

Our first new investigator was found Monday night. We were praying with such sincerity to find and we met Kim. We helped her carry inside her groceries and then learned that she is traveling to Salt Lake in October, she loved the pass along card with the Salt Lake temple and said she would have to go see it when she's there. Then she started to ask us questions and so we taught her the restoration. She loved it and was very open to everything we said. We have a member coming to our return appointment so we can help her get to church.

Our second new investigator was a young mother, she is really struggling right now to find her place. Her name is Chelsea and she's and excommunicated member of the church. She's been attending church since we found her and really wants to get back into the gospel. And naturally we are working closely with our Bishop. It was amazing how we found her because she had moved into a new house and 2 days after she's moved in we knocked on her door and introduced ourselves, she was pretty shocked to see us and asked how we found her. We told her that Heavenly Father loves her and led us to her. Just another reminder that God is watching over each of us.

Our third new investigator was Tye, we met him talking to everyone! Because I am somewhat directionally challenged I had us walking to wrong way to visit a LA member but on the walk back we met Tye outside his home. He is a new father and desired what is best for his family. So we taught him the restoration, and he readily accepted the book of Mormon  and invited us back. It was just another reminder that there truly are people who are prepared for the gospel and we don't know who it is so we have to talk to everyone!

I got another blessing this week from the elders. I was just feeling a little down, sometimes missionary work is really tough and we start to feel burnt out. But this blessing helped me so much! It reminded me that there is more ahead, that this experience right now is preparing me for the next step in my life. It also reassured me that "save it be one soul, how great shall be your joy." I have an awful lot to be happy about, so I'd better tell my face! I am looking at life with more excitement and joy, feeling spiritually renewed and refreshed ready to take on the adventures ahead. Knowing that I am not alone and "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Sister Beecher is amazing! She's just a ray of sunshine and she brightens my day. We had a long companionship inventory this week. There were a few little bumps in the road we needed to smooth over. Companionship inventory can be such a revelatory experience. If you go in prayerful and humble and open to the spirit you can learn how to improve and how well you are doing. I was reminded that I am not perfect, not that I ever claimed to be. But I have things I need to work on so I can become a better person. I felt impressed to study the ARP program, and Sister Beecher shared how this program is really just helping us to repent and deeper our relationship with Jesus Christ.

I love serving as a missionary. I love my Savior more each and every day. I am grateful for what I am learning here and how I am changing. I know this work cannot be done alone, and we truly need him every hour. I know that God loves us because we are his child, and there are no conditions to be worthy of that love.

We have zone Pday today so this will be it for a weekly. I love y'all oodles! P.s. next week Pday will be on Wednesday!
